The house is located in the private neighborhood of Old Mill Estates in Center Conway and is one of 28 cape style homes set in 36 acres of land. Our house is placed on the edge of the development, thereby offering both privacy and uninterrupted views into the surrounding woodland.

The house is detached and has in excess of 1800 sq. ft. of floor space set over two floors. The rooms are spacious and bright and have new furnishings throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to cook a full meal should you wish to take a break from enjoying the local restaurants. The large open plan living, kitchen and dining area also means that no one gets left in the kitchen while everyone else is chilling out in the living room.  The house comfortably sleeps 9 people. There are three formal bedrooms, one on the main level, and a fourth room with queen sleep sofa. Three bathrooms also mean no queuing for showers in the morning!   An attached double garage with automatic door opener is very convenient for winter times and a paved driveway to the front offers plenty of room for parking.   We take great pride in our vacation home and have strived to furnish it with everything needed to make for a very comfortable stay. In fact we may just have furnished it so comfortably that you might not want to leave to explore the surrounding area!

The living room benefits from hardwood flooring, large gas fireplace, two large and comfortable sofas, TV (with cable) and a DVD player. Sliding doors lead from the living room out onto the spacious private deck with views into the surrounding woodland. The large solid wood dining table comfortably seats 8 people.
